For example, your employees, customers or service partners can scan the QR code with any mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet and, after secure login, access all the information about your machines and equipment that you have granted them the rights to: e.g. operating instructions, upcoming maintenance events, spare parts for ordering or the digital lifecycle file.


Use the IoT data of your machines and equipment for even better service

By connecting your assets via a data link with an IoT gateway or LTE module, you can make your service, maintenance and repair processes even more efficient. For example, the remberg IoT function allows you to notify your users when certain service tasks are due, based on actual operating hours. In addition, spare parts can be requested or ordered automatically with the help of presets. Our implementation team will support you in connecting your assets.

With remberg, my maintenance and repair team quickly converted paper-based maintenance plans and checklists for our equipment into a user-friendly digital form.
